It is clear this 7Brew struggles. At least the afternoon employees do. My visit today was ANOTHER disappointment. The youngster taking my order either couldn’t hear me over the unnecessarily loud music or didn’t have her listening ears on (or both). I had to repeat my phone number twice. I wanted a zero sugar/sugar free energy drink. I had to go through 3 different flavors combinations (all of which I’ve ordered before, by the way) before she decided that they COULD make that combination in the sugar free option. I told her light ice 3 times, and yet they still filled my drink with so much ice that there wasn’t much drink at all. I heard the employee making my drink yell “how do you make that again?” so I’m not sure that what I got was even right at all. Just go to Starbucks or Dunkin’. At least they pretend to care and they know their menu better.

We came to the 7 Brew in Johns Creek about two months ago for the first time, and a young lady named Maggie helped us. She was so patient, walked us through the ordering process, explained the menu, and gave us great recommendations. We’ve literally come back almost every day since because of her. Our drinks are consistently perfect every time, and every employee greets us with a smile and genuine kindness. Maggie made an amazing first impression, and it’s clear that the entire team takes pride in providing excellent customer service. We always look forward to stopping by!

I had 7 Brew for the first time today. I'm not really a coffee drinker so I tried the lemonade. First off, the service was quick and extremely friendly. Felt welcoming the moment the server took our order. I tried the "Pink Paradise Lemonade" and WOW!! It was top 3 best lemonades I've EVER had in my LIFE! You now have a lifelong customer in me! I can't wait to try the others.

My daughter and I ordered from the walk up window. It was quick fast and friendly. Our drinks were out within 6 to 7 minutes. It was the first time that I’ve had coffee there it was actually really good. A little pricey, but well worth it.

First time trying 7 brew and it was great. Definitely more milky and sweeter than I liked but the coffee was good. My husband also had a mango passion fruit shake which was also sweet. Price I believe it might have been cheaper than another famous coffee chain (I didn’t get a receipt though). I did try to look for there app but unfortunately they don’t have one yet but you can sign up online. The cashier was friendly and did set me up an account. They were quick and they had upbeat music at drive thru.
